National Accreditation Bureau Joins IAF MLA and APAC MRA for Greenhouse Gas Validation and Verification

On March 26, 2025, National Accreditation Bureau (BoA) has been officially accepted as a Member of the International Accreditation Forum, Inc. Multilateral Recognition Arrangement (IAF MLA) for the scope of greenhouse gas (GHG) validation and verification.

BoA’s GHG validation and verification scheme was developed based on international standards and aims to ensure accuracy and transparency in greenhouse gas validation and verification processes. The recognition by both the Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC) and the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) represents a significant milestone in enhancing the quality of accreditation services. It also affirms Vietnam’s commitment to sustainable development, environmental protection, and climate change mitigation.

The recognition not only strengthens national credibility but also makes Vietnam’s strong commitment to fulfilling international obligations in environmental protection and sustainable development within the global context.
